Sessions of guided meditation will be interspersed with nature walks, workshops on living in harmony, breathing techniques and restorative and vinyasa flow yoga. You will receive handouts on meditation techniques, yogic breathing techniques and yoga posture flows.  Stay on site and experience the full inner centering of this renewable energy oasis.   We are located in the beautiful country of central Wisconsin. Two night’s stay is included in the fee as well as breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornings a catered lunch both days and a catered dinner on Saturday.  Participants will enjoy free time to explore trails in the wooded hills and open fields.

Workshop Policies

Registration and Cancellation Policies for Artha Workshops and Retreats

Registration:
Workshops and Retreats are open to all individuals on a first come first serve basis.  Class size is limited and individuals can register for workshops and retreats by filling out an online or printed registration form or calling 715-824-3463. 

Payment:
A non-refundable $65 deposit is due at the time of registration.  One month prior to the workshop/retreat the remainder of the fees are due.  We take Credit Cards or Checks, please make checks payable to Artha Sustainable Living Center LLC and send to 9784 County Road K, Amherst, WI 54406.

Cancellation:
If cancellation is made prior to one month before the workshop/retreat attendee will forfeit the $65 deposit and any additional fees paid will be reimbursed.  If cancellation is less then one month prior to the workshop/retreat date 50% of the workshop/retreat fee will be reimbursed (unless that amount is less then $65).  If cancellation is less then two weeks prior to the workshop/retreat date there will be no reimbursement.
